During this self-paced course, you will learn all about the three steps of the MAMM Method; meditation, aromatherapy, and mindful movement through yoga. You'll learn how set intentions, use daily affirmations, and implement the three MAMM Method steps into your daily life with time blocking to help you move into a more balanced state of being.
